Our cats are all housed indoors, as "house cats", this is for there own safety, the average outdoor cat has a life expectancy of only 3-5 years, indoor cats average at 12-14 years!

I would expect that any prospective owners to keep there cats as house pets, or have suitable outdoor confinement facilities.

We are situated in Worksop, Notts / South Yorkshire border, just 5 minutes off Junction 31 (M1) and the A1.
